Our Programs

Built Around Real Needs

Explore the different areas our curricula, workshops, and programs aim to address. Our work is shaped by the real experiences, feedback, and unmet needs shared by people impacted by incarceration, helping us develop resources that respond to what individuals and families tell us they need most.

Hearts Still Beating

Program & Curriculum

Hearts Still Beating is an 8-week grief and healing curriculum created to help individuals process loss, trauma, and life-changing experiences. Through guided reflection, journaling, interactive activities, and group discussions, participants are encouraged to heal, build resilience, and rediscover hope.
Whether someone is grieving the loss of a loved one, their freedom, their identity, or the life they once knew, this curriculum reminds them that their heart is still beating—and that their story is not over.
